Inventory and Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Associate to support our production and operations teams. This role is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate data tracking, quality control of inbound parts, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to support production and operations.
- Use inventory management systems (MRP/Fishbowl) to ensure accurate data tracking
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Receive and process purchase orders in inventory software
- Relocate parts to final physical and digital inventory locations
Receiving & Shipping
- Receive inbound shipments including parts, samples, demos, returns, and repairs
- Conduct quality control inspections of incoming materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare production part and manufacturing orders for timely shipment
- Ship parts for vendor purchase orders and product samples
- Handle local pickup and delivery of parts and materials from vendors
Warehouse Operations
- Store and organize inventory for optimal efficiency and accessibility
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Support process improvements and implement warehouse best practices
Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Supervisor to communicate inventory needs
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
- Forklift Certification (preferred, training provided) )
Experience with inventory management systems Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with MRP systems
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical Requirements
- Frequent movement around the warehouse; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Normal manual coordination and visual acuity required
Work Environment
- Production and standard warehouse environment, moderate to low noise levels
- Temperature-controlled facility
