Celebrated for its authoritative mid-range, smooth low-end depth, and the added flexibility of its cardioid and figure-8 patterns, the U48 delivers exceptional results on everything from soaring vocals and electric guitar to lush orchestral and chamber performances. TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik’s meticulous recreation of this legendary large-diaphragm tube microphone preserves every hallmark of the original design, including the historically accurate BV8 output transformer and M7-style capsule. The result is the unmistakable warmth, detail, and dimensionality that have made the TELEFUNKEN U48 a true studio classic for generations. *TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik is not affiliated or connected with, and this product is not produced or licensed by, Georg Neumann GmbH
