Country music is often thought of as music of the nation. Country Music had it's humble beginnings in the 1920's, and it gained a giant popularity through the Great Depression of the 1930's. During the 1940's is what has sometimes been called the Golden Age of Country Music. During that time period Country Music became more mainstream in music culture and produced some of the greatest legends Country Music has ever heard.

Country Royalty such as the likes of Uncle Dave Macon, Roy Acuff, Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, Minnie Pearl, Patsy Cline, June Carter-Cash, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette and many more. Like with many genres Country music has seen many sub-genres over the years. Bluegrass, Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, Country Swing, Western, Country Soul, Outlaw and Country Rock just to name a few. One artist that has helped shape the Contemporary Country genre over the past 20 years is none other than Tim McGraw.

Tim has spent the past 20 years achieving what only a few great artists can accomplish in a lifetime. Tim has had 11 consecutive albums debut at #1 on the Billboard albums charts, 21 singles hit #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, won 3 Grammys, 14 Academy of Country Music awards, 11 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, 10 American Music Awards, and 3 People's Choice Awards. If that don't beat all Tim's Soul2Soul II Tour with his wife Faith Hill, is the highest grossing tour in country music history! And is one of the top 5 tours among all genres of music.

Tim has always approached his music with a zest and passion for authenticity, it's no wonder to see him grace the stage with American Idol's Scotty Creery singing a duet version of Tim's hit "Live Like You Were Dying." The two gentlemen tore up the stage trading verses, awesome harmonies in the refrains and all long sporting a pair of custom chrome M80 microphones. Tim's been using the custom chrome M80 for a while now as seen at shows in Detroit and Orlando. We're proud Tim has chosen the M80 to bring his authentic sound to the masses. We welcome Tim to the TFunk family and look forward to hearing what Tim's cookin' up next.

M80 Chrome

The M80 Chrome features all of the same great sonic characteristics of the M80, finished in a brilliant chrome plating to shine on stage.
