Granicy Square, an acoustic folk noir duet, formed in early 2013 just after Byron & Jessica crossed paths on a zombie comedy movie set. Between takes, the two discovered that besides acting, they both sung. A short time later, they recorded the live-take song and video, "This Love." They performed a musical partnership and performed under the name 'Byron Gore & Jessica Ann Kelley.' One day, in the hot and windy desert, while doing a photo shoot at a store called 'Granicy Square,' they decided the band needed a name. After performing only 3 live shows together Byron & Jessica were offered a record deal. They turned down the deal, but this encouraged them to keep going and to keep writing.

Byron Gore: Welsh singer/songwriter, Byron Gore has been an avid guitarist and singer since his very early years. He was born in Wales, but spent a terminally happy childhood in Surrey, England until his parents divorced. From then on, he moved frequently back and forth between them. Byron was always creative. He first picked up a guitar at 8 years old, then at the age of 13, a friend introduced him to his brand new electric guitar-a copycat Gibson Les Paul. Byron was again influenced to pick up the trusty old six-string. He soon became popular amongst his friends by learning songs from Nirvana, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Slayer and Poison all by ear.

Unfortunately, not all kids approved and he was violently bullied for his strong interest in acting, singing and dancing. Despite almost losing his life after his lung burst, Byron went on to graduate from and become a music support teacher at the world renowned, Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford. His doctors told him he'd never sing again, but he proved them wrong. He is a regular performer at many of Hollywood's big venues. He has also toured other California cities and looks forward to touring the states.

He has worked with an array of up-n-comers and well-known artists. He loves his audience and enjoys getting them involved in the music. Byron has so many influences in his life that his writing style is in a genre of its own, something he likes to call "Rolk," a fusion of Rock and Folk music, with a splash of Country. Byron married his sweetheart, Aleisha, in 2009, whom he met on YouTube.

Jessica Ann Kelley: Born and raised in Indiana, Jessica brings the light into the dark. As a professionally trained singer, she is not only an experienced performer but also a talented actress. Jessica has loved to sing, dance and act since a very young age. Growing up, she loved the music from the 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's and was often caught acting out and singing the songs of Doris Day, Judy Garland, and Fred Astaire. While extremely shy as a child, music was an outlet for her and gave her the confidence she needed to grow as a person.

Jessica went on to study opera at DePauw University, where she was encouraged to pursue acting and singing as a career. She has participated in and won multiple music and acting competitions. Most notably, in November of 2010, Jessica was chosen from thousands to sing for the Miracle of Lights event in Indianapolis, Indiana. This event draws a crowd of 100,000 spectators and is televised to 100,000 households. In 2011, Jessica took 1st Place in the Adult Category at the Carmel Fest event. In January 2012, she won the Overall Adult Division at the Winter AMTC Competition. She has often been described as having an "angelic voice."

Jessica teaches children and adults to sing, performs for her local church, and still dances around her home singing for her smitten husband, Paul, whom she married in 2008. With her ultra fun and bubbly personality and extraordinary voice, Jessica really dazzles every performance.
