Glitter Rose is an up and coming star hailing from Fort Worth, TX, a left handed outlaw who owns the stage with her amazing charisma and her unique rockin' country sound. Linda Spetien, President of SEG Records, Inc. and Spetien Entertainment Group describes GR as "a striking, ominous singer who demands attention just by her pureness of beauty...on the other hand her persuasiveness to make you listen to her is a hidden attraction," and looks to "GR to tear the doors down on the tired perception of country music among tweens and AC markets!"

Glitter recently recorded her new hit single, "Doublewide on the Backside," produced by Rob Chiarelli at Studio at the PALMS in Las Vegas, NV and Pacifique Studios in N. Hollywood, CA. While recording in Hollywood, Glitter was asked to perform at the Whisky a GoGo Saturday, August 1st, 2009. Her album titled Southern Comfort was released in September 2007.

Amongst recent credits, she is endorsed by Warrior Guitars and has just designed her electric guitar "The Glitter Rose." GR is a Preferred Artist with Martin Guitars and is endorsed by Moody Leather Guitar and Bass Straps. She has appeared on Good Morning Texas on the ABC Network and performed at PALMS Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Glitter has been songwriting since age 12 and performing professionally since the age of 13. She has performed over 1,200 shows and has over a decade of recording experience. Now, 24 years old, she is an ingeniously clever songwriter, an accomplished guitarist, and has a voice that is only GR.

Glitter has been compared to legends such as Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and The Rolling Stones. GR is what legends are made of! Glitter caught up with the T-Funk Crew at Summer NAMM.
