Custom Paint Jobs The new Custom Shop line of microphones, with alternative finishes, rare vacuum tubes and upgraded capsules are customized versions of the current product line. Custom Shop mics include the brand new Limited Edition Gold and Chrome plated M80s, purchased by ZZ Top, AFI, Snoop Dogg and others. 
Gold M80 w/Box The ELA M 251T features TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik's innovative CK-13™ capsule which incorporates Alloy 2213™, which is both far more rigid and lighter than gold, sputtered on a Mylar™ membrane to achieve both greater accuracy in the low frequency ranges thanks to the higher damping factor of the membrane and an "airy" and "delicate" representation of the upper ranges of the audio spectrum. The ELA M 270 offers the same exceptional sonic performance as the ELA M 251E in a stereo package, perfectly suited for XY, M/S, or Blumlein techniques. The AR-70 STEREO features the same circuit, tube, capsule and transformers as the AR-51, repackaged in a dual channel, stereo format. The latest edition includes the recreation of the U47/48 STUDIO sets originally issued over 50 years ago by Neumann / Gotham NYC: Two microphones featuring one custom dual power supply and one locking leather bound flight case for the entire system. Future products planned for release in 2011 include STEREO sets of all the TELEFUNKEN microphones including dual power supplies and custom flight cases, as well as additional finish options for the R-F-T and Dynamic Series of microphones. |
